Tranquil Touch, LLC guarantees TheraPosition™ will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase (12 months). This only applies when TheraPosition™ is used for its intended purpose as outlined in the instructions. Your TheraPosition™ will be repaired or replaced free of charge, if found defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty will be void in cases of damage by accident, misuse, mishandling, attempted repair, normal wear and tear, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended periods of time. If any good does not meet the warranties, Buyer may at its election (i) require the Seller to promptly correct any defective or non-conforming goods at Seller’s expense or (ii) recover from Seller the price thereof. The foregoing remedies are in addition to all other remedies at law or in equity.

For instance, if you:
- Feel discomfort, try adjusting the face cradle plate height or pillows?
- Think it will not securely fit your bed?
- How to store system between uses?
- Use during icing, heat therapy, stretching, electric nerve stimulation?

Please make sure you review the set up and use instructions to make sure you have been using TheraPosition™ properly!
Before you consider returning your TheraPosition™, please make sure you give your TheraPosition™ a chance to improve your discomfort, as prescribed by your healthcare professional provider. Many users don't realize how much their TheraPosition™ is doing for them - until they lose it or return it.
If you still feel the need to return your TheraPosition™ you must first call 1-800-903-5340 to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Please return product in good condition, preferably in the original packaging, with receipt of purchase. Include your RMA#, name, complete address and phone number clearly written both inside package and on shipping box. Insure for the purchase price and mail to:

This warranty is limited to its express terms:
(1) TRANQUIL TOUCH, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO OR CAUSED BY FAILURE OF THERAPOSITION™ PRODUCTS OR ACCESSORIES TO FUNCTION AS REPRESENTED, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. However, some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
(2) THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE. NO PERSON HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO BIND TRANQUIL TOUCH, LLC TO ANY REPRESENTATION, CONDITION, OR WARRANTY EXCEPT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
(3) This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
This warranty is solely that of TRANQUIL TOUCH, LLC.
