Why is TheraPosition™ Different?
TheraPosition™ allows you to lie on your back or stomach in your bed comfortably, and in proper spine alignment, when set up and used properly, in accordance with the instructions for use. The unique cradle positions your arms, shoulders, back, neck, and face in a neutral position to reduce tension and stress on muscles and nerves, while lying in bed. Conventional pillows and ordinary beds do not optimize the position of your spine to allow neutral and proper alignment, especially in the prone (face down) position.
How do I use TheraPosition™?
It’s quick to set up and easy to use! First, slide the stabilizer plate between your box spring and mattress. Second, attach the face cradle plate to the stabilizer plate, in the proper height, as illustrated in the instructions for use. Third, make sure the base and face pillow are firmly attached. Now, lie down, take a deep breath, and immediately begin to feel reduced stress and strain. As recommended by your healthcare professional, you may apply other therapies during use, including, but not limited to, ice, heat, electrical nerve stimulation, and massage.

When should I feel results?
Many users experience immediate relief, and some require several weeks of regular use to feel the benefits of TheraPosition™. Your results will depend upon your underlying conditions and how often you use TheraPosition™. To get the quickest results and greatest benefits, use TheraPosition™ according to the instructions for use and recommendations of your healthcare professional.
What if I don't feel anything when I lie down on TheraPosition™?
If you don't feel added comfort and relief when you lie down on TheraPosition™, make sure you have closely followed the set up instructions and you have the position of the face pillow approximately at the same level as the top of your mattress. Try increasing or lowering the height of the face cradle plate to optimize proper position to get comfortable.
What if my back or neck hurts when I try lying on TheraPosition™?
Immediately discontinue use of TheraPosition™. Make sure you have closely followed the set up instructions and you have the position of the face pillow approximately at the same level as the top of your mattress. Try increasing or lowering the height of the face cradle plate to optimize proper position to get comfortable. Please contact your healthcare professional if you continue to feel discomfort and discontinue use of TheraPosition™.
Will TheraPosition™ work for my condition?
TheraPosition™ is designed to provide relief by reducing the pressures that can aggravate the underlying causes of a wide variety of acute and chronic neck and back pain such as stress or strain, herniated and degenerated discs, neck or back injuries. Why is TheraPosition™ so comfortable?

Will TheraPosition™ prevent neck or back pain from occurring?
Daily life, stresses, injuries, accidents, or degenerative disease can cause neck and back pain. There are many treatment options which your healthcare professional may prescribe. TheraPosition™ allows proper positioning when you lay in your bed, which may reduce pain, inflammation, and improve resting or sleeping comfort, when used as instructed.
How do I clean my TheraPosition™?
TheraPosition™ fabric can be cleaned with non- abrasive soap and water or cleaners not harmful to urethane surfaces. Make sure no cleaners are used which may cause skin irritations. The hardware may be cleaned with soap and water as well.
Where can I use TheraPosition™?
You may use TheraPosition™ anywhere that has a conventional bed. Consider using TheraPosition™ in your bedroom, hotel rooms, convalescence centers, cruise ships, or anywhere you want comfort in a bed!
Will TheraPosition™ work on my bed?
TheraPosition™ cannot be used with waterbeds or other sleep products that do not have a space under the mattress to slide the stabilizer plate in between.
Can I travel with TheraPosition™?
Sure, TheraPosition™ is lightweight, durable, and sturdy and can work great anywhere you rest or sleep.

Do I have to lay a certain way for TheraPosition™ to work?
Everyone’s neck and back is unique. You may lie face down or face up when resting or sleeping on TheraPosition™. As instructed by your healthcare professional, and instructions for use, make sure you feel like your spine is neutral. You should feel no pressure or discomfort while lying on TheraPosition™. If you do, try re-adjusting the position of the face cradle plate and pillow to optimize proper position.
What will my doctor say about TheraPosition™?
TheraPosition™ can work hand-in-hand with your therapeutic regime. Ask your doctor to recommend proper positioning when using TheraPosition™ at home. Based on your underlying conditions, your doctor will recommend at home treatments which include proper spine positioning while resting or sleeping.
